1. Acceptance and website purpose
By using this site you accept these Terms. Website content is general educational and commercial information. These Terms govern website use; they do not replace the separate written agreement required for credit repair or credit assistance services.
2. P4 services
P4 provides education, consulting, analysis, and services related to credit repair and credit building. We are not a bank, lender, credit bureau, or law firm. P4 does not make credit approvals, interest-rate decisions, credit-limit decisions, financing decisions, or other decisions controlled by third parties.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee deletion of information, a specific score, a specific increase, a result date, or approval for loans, cards, vehicles, housing, or other products. Published results are individual examples and are not typical or guaranteed results. Accurate and timely negative information cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable.
4. Consumer rights and credit-service agreements
Consumers may dispute inaccurate credit-report information on their own without hiring a credit repair company. When a service relationship is covered by credit-repair or credit-services law, P4 will use a separate written agreement and legally applicable disclosures and cancellation notices. Federal law and applicable New York credit-services law impose restrictions on advance fees and provide cancellation rights. Nothing in these Terms waives a right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
5. Free consultation
The initial consultation advertised on this website is free and scheduled for 30 minutes. During the consultation, P4 may explain available options based on the consumer’s circumstances. Service prices are not published on this website.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
P4 branding, design, original text, and materials on this site are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, commercially exploit, alter, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to systems related to the site.
7. Third-party sites and platforms
Calendly, WhatsApp/Meta, Facebook, and other linked services operate under their own terms. A link does not mean P4 controls or is responsible for their services, availability, decisions, or practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, P4 is not responsible for financial decisions you make based solely on general website content or for third-party acts, omissions, or availability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms will be interpreted under applicable United States law and, where applicable, New York law, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under the law of your state. We may update these Terms; the date above identifies the current version.
